Purpose:

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be the primary onsite relationship holder and responsible for delivering successful projects to production for many business initiatives with our client, Cricket Wireless while representing iQmetrix in a professional manner.  Cricket Wireless’ successful engagement with iQmetrix is the number one priority!

To be successful in this role, the TPM will have a commanding knowledge of Cricket’s expectations and iQmetrix’ commitments to the client and work to ensure we are delivering beyond the client’s needs.  The main objective is ensuring iQmetrix Cricket Team is aligned with the Cricket Wireless IT Delivery team across all projects and initiatives.  This responsibility will require experience managing large technical software integrations.  This role will be highly integrated, working closely with Cricket Wireless’ IT, Hardware, QA, and Operations teams, as well as many iQmetrix development teams, and will report directly to iQmetrix’ VP of Cricket Development

Accountabilities:

  • Manage a Program of many custom development projects according to the standards and expectation of both the client and iQmetrix PMO. 
  • Communicate project delivery progress, to ensure the client is aware of status and any related issues.
  • Produce weekly/monthly reports with project status updates to internal stakeholders and externally to our client on all project statuses, risks, and critical updates
  • Provide ongoing follow up and resolution to client issues and close all client concerns (project delivery related)
  • Support iQmetrix project delivery initiatives prior to release
  • Attend recurring IT delivery meetings and represent iQmetrix for each active project
  • Develop, nurture and maintain strong client relations
  • Participate in project discussions and follow up on all iQmetrix action items
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation that describes all business processes used by the IT delivery team that touch iQmetrix systems
  • Act as onsite escalation for project delivery milestones, QA inquiries and work back with iQmetrix team to deliver a timely resolution
  • Work directly with client’s hardware team and be familiar with their technology stack in each environment
  • Coordinate all IT audit related activities, questions, and answers between iQmetrix and Cricket Wireless
  • Must be able to travel 25% to iQmetrix offices through-out North America.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Project Management disciplines and practices
  • 5+ years as an IT professional or IT Project Manager experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate and work with all levels of management directly and remotely
  • In-depth knowledge in APIs, multi system integrations, and POS flows
  • Ability to develop commanding technical knowledge of the infrastructure and architecture deployed in Cricket Wireless’ retail point of sale IT environment
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proven ability to influence and impact change
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience (5+ years) providing first class support to top tier clients
  • Previous project management technical experience
  • Previous account management with a focus on relationship retention experience (a plus)
