Purpose:

As a Project Manager for the Project Management Office, you will be responsible for handling the development, implementation, management and delivery of multiple retail wireless Carrier and Partner (US and Canada) projects. Specific project focus will be providing tactical delivery, up to and including support and training, to enhance the software platform and customer experience.  Identify trends and make recommendations to the Program Manager and Team Lead for improving efficiencies across all aspects of carrier and partner operations.  To be successful in this role one should have a commanding knowledge of retail wireless carrier/partner business practice.  Creating a great client project delivery is priority number one!

Accountabilities:

  • Manage project pipeline and deliverable's, using existing project delivery plan.
  • Identify project scope, goals and deliverable's.
  • Assemble and coordinate all relevant stakeholders (internal and external), ensuring resource allocations and availability.
  • Ensure projects are completed on-time and within scope through use of internal project management software.
  • Facilitate content training and support to internal teams and carrier/partner contacts.

Qualifications:

  • Previous project management experience.
  • Previous retail wireless experience in technology/software support role.
  • Proficient in data analytics and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of customer retention drivers.
  • Analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with all levels of management, sales and carrier partners.
  • Experience in gathering information from multiple sources to deliver summary results.
  • Strong facilitation and meeting delivery skills.

Experience/Education:

  • 3-5 years of IT Project Manager experience.
  • Carrier industry/big box knowledge and experience (a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree (a plus).
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel (a plus).
