As a Business Intelligence Specialist for the Reporting and Data Services Team you will be accountable for developing, managing and completing projects in line with strategic plans of our Reporting and Data Services clients.


  • Develop reports for clients and internal teams
  • Coach clients on best practices with using data and reporting tools
  • Troubleshoot issues with data and reporting tools across multiple teams
  • Discuss data offerings with clients and conduct demos when needed
  • Maintain records of progress via our ticketing system
  • Complete project requests as assigned by Information Manager
  • Track and submit any projects with associated fees to the billing department
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop new products


  • Ability to understand complex systems and data structures
  • Strong technical, planning and organizational skills with a focus on understanding details
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiar with Ticketing Systems a plus
  • Familiar with Microsoft SSRS and Report Builder a plus
  • Familiar with MDX and SQL a plus
  • Bachelor degree in business, statistics or related fields a plus. Technical disciplines (a plus) or 1-3 years’ experience developing reporting for analysis.
