This role is accountable for developing software solutions for iQmetrix’s mobile point of sale business space within the wireless market. This includes developing iOS application code in Swift and Objective-C, as well as .NET back end services to support the application.

As a software developer, your scope of influence will grow with the organization to take on additional accountabilities as your reputation builds and leadership skills are demonstrated.


  • Implementing user stories in Swift and Objective-C for iQmetrix’s mobile point of sale application.
  • Investigating and resolving defects found in mobile applications.
  • Writing back-end service code in .NET to support the client application.
  • Writing unit and integration tests as required.
  • Reviewing code and providing feedback to other development team members.
  • Supporting business analysts to ensure the right solution is being developed.


  • At least 3 years’ experience writing software solutions.
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
  • Swift and Objective-C experience is preferred, or any high-level language and a willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of testing patterns and when to apply them.
