Purpose:

To ensure our customers have an outstanding onboarding experience, as they become, or enhance their customer relationship with us. This role will be specifically onboarding our payment processing solutions with our newly established clientele. Preference of location would be Charlotte but we are open to candidates in other states.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensuring all customer requirements for their products are being met, prior to beginning the onboarding process
  • Identifying what underwriting documentation is required and communicating it to the customer
  • Working with customers to ensure all underwriting documentation is correct
  • Coordinating
  • with the customer, professional services, launch and other teams to ensure the customer launch experience is smooth
  • Ongoing improvements to the onboarding process including automation wherever possible
  • Soliciting feedback from customers about the onboarding experience for future improvements

Qualifications:

2 years of underwriting experience in the financial services industry OR 2 years of experience in onboarding customers for payment processing
