Junior UAT/QA Support Specialist


As a UAT/QA Support Specialist for the Enterprise Project Delivery Team, you will be responsible for ensuring system change implementations are error free with minimal disruption to operations through detailed testing, taking accountability for User acceptance, processes, planning and quality assurance, design test preparation and execution. Establish relationships across internals teams and support business change activities to ensure processes are aligned with enterprise project delivery.  In this dynamic environment, the challenges may change, but the skills remain the same. If you are passionate about quality and solid products and have good attention to detail, you would fit right in! Creating a great client user experience is number one priority.


  • Compose test plans and execute manual testing
  • Perform manual, exploratory, regression and smoke testing
  • Design, manage and maintain sustainable processes and procedures for testing, quality assurance and user test planning
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of  centralized  system to track client requests, pass/fail results and communicating information to internal development teams and client
  • Create and maintain documentation for all newly implemented and existing processes and procedures
  • Document, track and triage the defects identified, proving actionable test reports and recommendations
  • Analyze internal reports and results and make recommendations for improvements
  • Triage issues as into defects, new requirements, data setup and user error and communication back to client the state of resolution

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Ability to develop a system level understanding of complex systems
  • Technical troubleshooting skills, including identifying, tracking and solving defects
  • Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex concepts across varying departments within the organization
  • Strong technical, planning and organization skill with a focus on understanding the details
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Analytical problem solving skills and attention to detail; ability to identify and approach complex problems from different angles and apply technical knowledge


  • 1-3 years related experience; recent Computer Science grads with a passion for quality are encouraged to apply
  • QA background, with a Computer Science degree and/or equivalent experience
  • An ability to be focused and exceptionally meticulous, with a keen sense of structure

Bonus qualifications: working with multidisciplinary teams, testing software for enterprise integration projects, experience with Agile delivery
