Solutions Analyst

Platform Solutions Analyst

Role Purpose:

To launch, support, troubleshoot and unblock external developers and teams from completing iQmetrix API integration projects. You will be part of the Solutions Centre for iQmetrix APIs and become an expert. You will be a part of the API team. Members of this team are in Vancouver, Regina and Charlotte.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Reviewing documentation with 3rd party developers as part of technical on-boarding
  • Reviewing integration requirements with 3rd party developers
  • Assisting with 3rd party integration issues as they come up until launch
  • Developing detailed solutions for API integration projects
  • Validating solutions with product teams
  • Communicating API and product gaps to product teams
  • Documenting solutions and presentations
  • Communicating project risks to stakeholders
  • Communicating recommendations to stakeholders
  • Reviewing technical documentation developed by Technical Writer and contributors
  • Reviewing materials developed by Product Manager
  • Providing additional data to onboard 3rd party developers with API Support
  • Cross-training API team on API integration patterns and lessons learned
  • Developing and maintaining accurate API documentation and tools to enable Professional Services and Launch teams
  • Communicating API integration patterns and lessons learned with product teams
  • Feeding customer feedback to Product Manager and Product Architect

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
  • 2+ years of experience as a Developer, preferably Integration projects
  • Experience delivering integration projects
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Experience working with clients in a previous role is highly desirable
  • Experience working with a virtual team is an asset
